How To Use Seal-O-Tyre HD Grade Sealant for Heavy-Duty Vehicles

Step 1: Park Safely

• Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and secure it properly to prevent movement.

Step 2: Remove Valve Core

• Use a tyre valve opener to carefully remove the valve core and deflate the tyre.

Step 3: Attach Nozzle

• Position the tyre valve at the 8 o’clock or 4 o’clock position for optimal flow. Attach the nozzle of the  Seal-O-Tyre HD Grade sealant  securely to the valve.

Step 4: Inject Sealant

• Pump the recommended amount of sealant into the tyre, based on the tyre size and specifications.

Step 5: Reinstall Valve Core

• Once the sealant is fully injected, reinstall the valve core tightly.

Step 6: Inflate Tyre

• Use a  heavy-duty tyre inflator  to inflate the tyre to the manufacturer-recommended pressure.

Step 7: Drive the Vehicle

• Drive the vehicle at 30–50 kmph for 5–10 minutes to ensure even distribution of the sealant inside the tyre.

Note: This process is specifically designed for heavy-duty vehicles like trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles. Always follow safety precautions while handling large tyres.
